This yoga class runs from 7:30pm to 8:30pm on Thursdays. This class is included in the Unlimited Monthly Membership (booking required). However, if you would like to pay as you go it is £10 per person. You can book online and pay via PayPal (PayPal account not required).
This is a Classic Hatha Yoga class but aimed at people who are new to yoga or those who prefer a simpler practice. During this class we will learn relaxation (savasana), breathing (pranayama), simple poses (asanas) and how to listen to your body.
Due to Covid 19, spaces are limited to 8 per class until further notice. With this in mind, I have imposed the following rules:
- Pre-booking only. Please proceed to payment screen after you have reserved your place to secure your booking. Payment is required immediately after booking.
- If you book but fail to attend, you may be declined future bookings. Should you need to cancel please contact Luke immediately to discuss (See cancellation policy below).
Please keep an eye on your JUNK MAIL folder for emails about your booking.
Note for Unlimited Members – Once you’ve booked, please assume your space is confirmed unless you hear otherwise, and ignore automated emails about payment.
Cancellation Policy – LV Yoga operates an Asteya Fund for last minute cancellations. Asteya is the yogic belief of non-stealing.
What is considered a last minute cancellation? WITHIN 48 HOURS prior to the class start time.
Payments can be made via bank transfer (contact me for details) or via PayPal using this link: www.paypal.me/lvyoga Note: You do not need a PayPal account to use this link, a credit/debit card payment works just fine.
Contributions may vary slightly depending on what type of client you are. Please see my recommendations below:
Unlimited Membership is £39 per month. When a class is booked and cancelled last minute, the cost to re-sell that place is £10. Therefore I recommend a minimum contribution of £5 to the Asteya Fund.
The class costs £10, which you would have already pre-paid. Refunds and last minute roll-overs are not permitted, so the £10 payment made for that class will be considered your Asteya payment.
