This yoga class runs from 10am to 11am on Fridays. This class is included in the Unlimited Monthly Membership (booking required). However, if you would like to pay as you go it is £10 per person. You can book online and pay via PayPal (PayPal account not required).
If you’re looking for a more ‘standard’ style of yoga, the Classic Hatha Yoga class is a great option. Hatha is the most commonly practiced style of yoga in the UK. It is a more physical practice composed of Asanas (poses), Pranayama (breathing) and Savasana (relaxation). During this class you can expect to switch off, relax, connect with your body and mind, and have a good stretch out. On occasions we will also work the body a little more through core exercises, deeper stretches and extensions, and even the odd head stand! But as with all my classes, you learn to listen to your body and just do what you can do.
