Kundalini Yoga 9.30am – 10.30am Tuesdays
Livtar Llyn is an experienced Kundalini and Hatha yoga teacher. She is also a teacher trainer and loves teaching students and practising yoga. In addition she runs her own training for teachers and chool teachers to become children’s yoga teachers.
Livtar Kaur is a senior yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and a lead teacher with KRI. She is also a nutritonal therapist and studying yoga therapy, all of which helps support the students in her classes.
The joy of Kundalini yoga is that it works upon subtle energy to balance the mind, body and spirit.
Adult Beginner Pilates 9.30am – 10.30am Saturdays
Hi everyone! My name is Laura and I am really excited to be bringing Pilates classes to LV Yoga Studio. I am looking to offer more classes so please get in contact with preferred times and days as I will be guided by feedback.
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a series of exercises that were designed by Joseph Pilates. The aim of the exercises are to develop ‘core’ strength, flexibility and mobility. Pilates can help with back pain by strengthening the ‘core’ muscles, increasing flexibility, increasing mobility, relieving stress and improving posture. Pilates can also improve balance, coordination, tone the body and promote wellbeing.
My teaching style
I like to incorporate humour, metaphors and imagery in my class, as well as focusing on what the body and mind can achieve with a little encouragement. I want you to understand what you are doing and how it may benefit you. I make sure my participants perform exercises as safely as possible whilst promoting the appearance of an elegant and effortless execution! I cater for all abilities, ages and confidence levels.
Who I can train
I am GP exercise referral qualified which means in addition to working with participants who are fit and healthy I can also work with participants who have a range of common medical conditions. I am currently studying for my Level 4 Low Back Pain Specialist qualification. I regularly consult with Physiotherapists on the best way forward with their clients experiencing Low Back Pain and am guided by their advice when their clients are referred to me.

Completing my 200 Hr Yoga Training at Sampoorna Yoga school, goa, India last year, then teaching in India ever since I am now thrilled to bring all my knowledge of this inspiring and amazing practice back to the UK! Yoga is my absolute passion and love. I believe it encourages everyone to live a better balanced and healthier lifestyle for your Mind, Soul and Physical body.
