Other Instructors

At LV Yoga studio there are other instructors who teach here too. They run their own businesses separate to LV Yoga, but work in harmony with Luke in this shared space.

Below you can meet them and check out the classes they are offering. You can make direct contact with them should you wish to join one of their classes.

Please note that their classes are not offered under the LV Yoga Unlimited Membership.

Warren Bright

Pilates 7:30pm – 8:30pm Tuesdays

A Fareham based Hatha Yoga & Pilates Instructor, Ayurvedic Therapist and practitioner of Kalaripayattu.

I began learning Pilates several years ago during a particularly low period of my life. I was then introduced to Yoga. I found that they helped me enormously both physically and mentally. They became a passion and that’s where my journey began.

A mat based Pilates instructor with several years’ experience concentrating on core strength, flexibility, balance and good posture. Specific experience in sports injury rehabilitation and teaching clients with orthopedic conditions.

After studying several Yoga systems, I now teach Hatha Yoga following traditional Sivananda instruction learnt in Kerala, India. A place I now call my spiritual home.

I have continued to study further focusing on holistic wellbeing and medicine, passing a diploma in Ayurvedic Therapy. When in Kerala I continue to develop my Yoga and learning new Ayurvedic treatments. I offer Ayurvedic consultation and massage therapy to clients.

Laura Heda

Coming soon: 9:30am – 10:30am Tuesdays and 11am – 12pm Saturdays (please express interest)

Hi everyone! My name is Laura and I am really excited to be bringing Pilates classes to LV Yoga Studio. I am looking to offer more classes so please get in contact with preferred times and days as I will be guided by feedback.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a series of exercises that were designed by Joseph Pilates. The aim of the exercises are to develop ‘core’ strength, flexibility and mobility. Pilates can help with back pain by strengthening the ‘core’ muscles, increasing flexibility, increasing mobility, relieving stress and improving posture. Pilates can also improve balance, coordination, tone the body and promote wellbeing.

My teaching style

I like to incorporate humour, metaphors and imagery in my class, as well as focusing on what the body and mind can achieve with a little encouragement. I want you to understand what you are doing and how it may benefit you. I make sure my participants perform exercises as safely as possible whilst promoting the appearance of an elegant and effortless execution! I cater for all abilities, ages and confidence levels.

Who I can train

I am GP exercise referral qualified which means in addition to working with participants who are fit and healthy I can also work with participants who have a range of common medical conditions. I am qualified as a Level 4 Low Back Pain Specialist Instructor. I regularly consult with Physiotherapists on the best way forward with their clients experiencing Low Back Pain and am guided by their advice when their clients are referred to me.

Hi, I am Lisa Maniatis and the Founder of The Yoga Being. I have been a yoga teacher for over 10 years now and offer wide variety classes, services, and workshops. I ran my own studio for 6 years in Gosport alongside an incredible team of teachers.

I was first introduced to Yoga in 2007 with the idea that it was purely a form of exercise, but it had an instant positive impact on my life. I found myself all over the world from Ashrams in Canada to retreats in Thailand to continue my studies.  I have recently embarked on a Diploma in Transformational Life coaching, and I am now offering sessions both virtually and in person. I am passionate about supporting parents and siblings caring for love ones with disabilities and will be offering specialised classes/workshops soon.

I am excited to be teaching at the tranquil LV Yoga studio. You will find me at the studio every Thursday from 9.30-10.30 for a morning yoga flow class and 10.45-12.00pm offering Mummy and Baby yoga.

Other classes and services I offer are:

Victoria Beale

Classes: Tuesdays 6-7pm, Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm
Yoga Style: Yin & Vinyasa
Hi, I’m Victoria, a heart-led nature lover, wife and mother of three who believes in innate wildness, cyclical living and deep body wisdom. Having nearly two decades of professional experience firstly in dance and movement and then later, as an NHS assistant clinical psychologist I view and advocate health and wellbeing from a holistic perspective. I now teach yoga, meditation, embodied movement, breathwork, yoga nidra, and womb connection, all from a trauma sensitive perspective. Since 2018 I have facilitated women’s circles and I am a keen advocate for community and inclusive women’s health.
To me, yoga is a living art form. It is the art of remembering and tending to our true nature. I use the healing mechanisms of yoga, breath, meditation, deep restorative rest and somatic practices to build awareness of the felt sense, unwind any resistances and embody our full authentic expression. Movement and breath work has guided me back home to my body and helped me find peace within – it is how I learnt to reconnect with my body. It has allowed me to see the beauty in how it moves and to be grateful for ALL it communicates to me every single day.
My yoga classes at LV Yoga are based on vinyasa flow which synchronises breath and movement as you flow through the postures and transitions.  From dynamic empowering flows to slow “earthy” flows my classes are like moving meditations with room for explorative play. Whilst flowing sequences form a large part of my teaching style I also encourage the softer, more grounded opening yin poses to encourage restoration and surrender. I seek to offer an inclusive, safe and fun environment where my guidance and offerings to you are always an invitation. During practices I deeply encourage you to tune into your own body with curiosity and compassion to explore what YOU need, right in that moment, helping you build more autonomy, deeper understanding and trust in yourself.
I offer private 1:1 classes, group classes, workshops and retreats.
Regardless of whether you have practiced for years, or are just dipping your toe in the water, you are welcome!
