Beginners Yoga

Want to feel great? Be more flexible? Have some chill out time? Then yoga is for you!

In my classes every body type is welcome, regardless of age, shape, size, ability, ailments or any other limitation you may feel you have. If you have a body, you have a yoga body.

Classes will introduce you to the basics of yoga asanas (postures) and prana yama (breathing), as well as meditation and mindfulness.  You can start these classes at any time.

Everything is provided, just turn up in comfy clothes. There is free parking nearby too.

Kindly note that Luke is currently off while recovering from an injury and a new schedule has been put in place for 2022 with some amazing and fabulous cover teachers.
