In my classes every body type is welcome, regardless of age, shape, size, ability, ailments or any other limitation you may feel you have. If you have a body, you have a yoga body.
This five-week beginners course will introduce you to breathing, relaxation, stretching, movement and mindfulness. You will learn a series of postures to help mobilise and awaken your body. You will learn breathing and relaxation techniques to help calm your mind and reduce stress. And finally you will leave each week feeling energised yet rested, calm yet alive.
Everything is provided, just turn up in comfy clothes. There is free parking nearby too.
Please note: beginners yoga is NOT included in the monthly unlimited membership.
