Want to feel great? Be more flexible? Have some chill out time? Then yoga is for you!
In my classes every body type is welcome, regardless of age, shape, size, ability, ailments or any other limitation you may feel you have. If you have a body, you have a yoga body.
Every Monday at 6pm and Thursday at 7:30pm I host rolling beginners level Classic Hatha Yoga classes. These classes will introduce you to the basics of yoga asanas (postures) and prana yama (breathing), as well as meditation and mindfulness. You can start these classes at any time.
Everything is provided, just turn up in comfy clothes. There is free parking nearby too.
All beginners classes are included in the monthly Unlimited plan.

How to Book
Simply click on the event you would like to attend. This will take you to a booking page where you book the class or workshop. You can pay via PayPal through the booking system. (PayPal account not required)
