Classic Hatha Yoga

If you’re looking for a more ‘standard’ style of yoga, the Classic Hatha Yoga class is a great option.  Suitable for mixed abilties, Hatha is the most commonly practiced style of yoga in the UK.  It is a more physical practice composed of Asanas (poses), Pranayama (breathing) and Savasana (relaxation).  During this class you can expect to switch off, relax, connect with your body and mind, and have a good stretch out.  On occasions we will also work the body a little more through core exercises, deeper stretches and extensions, and even the odd head stand!  But as with all my classes, you learn to listen to your body and just do what you can do.

Unlimited Members

For just £39 per month (no contract required) you can join LV Yoga's unlimited monthly membership which includes free adult entry to family yoga. Booking still required to secure your space (just ignore the payment option) and a separate booking is required for your child/ren and must be paid for half-termly.
