Classic Hatha Yoga

If you’re looking for a more ‘standard’ style of yoga, the Classic Hatha Yoga class is a great option.  Hatha is the most commonly practiced style of yoga in the UK.  It is a more physical practice composed of Asanas (poses), Pranayama (breathing) and Savasana (relaxation).  During this class you can expect to switch off, relax, connect with your body and mind, and have a good stretch out.  On occasions we will also work the body a little more through core exercises, deeper stretches and extensions, and even the odd head stand!  But as with all my classes, you learn to listen to your body and just do what you can do.

How to Book

If you have LV Yoga's unlimited monthly membership, there is no need to book for regular yoga classes.  Please note that unlimited membership does not include courses, events and workshops.

However, you can book a trial class by clicking on the class you would like to attend.  This will take you to a booking page where you book the class or workshop. You can pay for your trial class via PayPal through our booking system.
