Classic Hatha Yoga
If you’re looking for a more ‘standard’ style of yoga, the Classic Hatha Yoga class is a great option. Hatha is the most commonly practiced style of yoga in the UK. It is a more physical practice composed of Asanas (poses), Pranayama (breathing) and Savasana (relaxation). During this class you can expect to switch off, relax, connect with your body and mind, and have a good stretch out. On occasions we will also work the body a little more through core exercises, deeper stretches and extensions, and even the odd head stand! But as with all my classes, you learn to listen to your body and just do what you can do.

Pay as You Go
Simply click on the class you'd like to attend and follow the steps to complete your online booking and payment. Most scheduled classes are £10, event and workshop prices will vary.
Unlimited Members
For just £39 per month (no contract required) you can join LV Yoga's unlimited monthly membership While you don't need to pay anything extra for your classes, you do still need to pre-book your class online to secure your space. Please note that unlimited membership does not usually include events and workshops unless specifically stated.
